ffb7 Terms and Conditions

ffb7 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", "our") is a provider of online gaming and betting services. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the ffb7 website and all associated services.

2.3 Account Verification

ffb7 may request any of the following documents when needed:

• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.

ffb7 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

It is your responsibility to keep your account secure. Follow the guidelines below to protect your account:

• Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact ffb7 support immediately.

ffb7 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account by a third party. If an account is found to be operated by more than one person, ffb7 reserves the right to close it.

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on the ffb7 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.
• Only use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party payments are not accepted and will not be processed.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until the wagering requirements for any bonus have been met.
• Additional time may be required if verification is needed.

4.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). ffb7 currently does not charge any transaction fee on deposits or withdrawals; however, the payment provider may apply its own fees.

ffb7 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• The welcome bonus is applicable only once per account.
• Withdrawals from the bonus cannot be made until the wagering requirements are fulfilled.

5.3 VIP Program

The ffb7 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Higher tiers come with greater benefits. The decision to move a member to a different VIP tier is made at ffb7's discretion.

All games on the ffb7 platform are conducted fairly and transparently. The following rules apply to gaming:

• Each game has its own rules. Please read them before starting a game.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the relevant session may be declared void.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The data recorded on the ffb7 server is considered final in determining game outcomes.
• For live casino games, the rules of the game provider also apply.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game has a set minimum and maximum betting limit, which is displayed in the game interface. ffb7 reserves the right to change the betting limits for any account.

• Manipulation: Using any software, bots or automation to influence game outcomes.
